Hacksaw Ridge

Hacksaw Ridge is a World War II drama film, directed by Mel Gibson, based on the true story of Desmond Doss (Andrew Garfield), an American pacifist combat medic who was a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, refusing to carry or use a firearm or weapons of any kind.

A man's life is derailed when an ominous pattern of events repeats itself in exactly the same manner every day, ending at precisely 2:22 p.m. 2.22 is a psychological thriller set in New York City led by the dynamic trio of rising stars Michiel Huisman (Age of Adaline/Game of Thrones), Teresa Palmer (Hacksaw Ridge/Lights Out) and Xavier Samuel (Twilight).

Written by noted crime author James Elroy and set during the Rampart Police scandal in the 90’s, Officer Dave Brown (Woody Harrelson), tends to follow his own code of rough justice.
