Agar Industrial Estate

Agar Industrial Estate comprises of 770,000 m² (8,300,000 ft²) of land located in the heart of Melbourne’s master planned western industrial sector. Newcold’s Asia Pacific headquarters have been developed and built on the estate.

The bypass links the Western Ring Road and provide immediate access to the site together with immediate access to all major transport ports namely Melbourne Airport, shipping and rail.
