The Marksx Group and EMKC are proud to announce and welcome Newcold Amsterdam (http://www.newcold.com/) Asia Pacific Headquarters to be situated on the Agar Estate being currently developed by Marksx and EMKC. The Newcold development comprises two state of the art cold store logistic facilities with a capacity to cold store in excess of 300,000 pellets of food and beverages. The combined facilities will have a capacity to be the largest palletised cold storage facilities in the Asia Pacific region.
Newcold 1 is currently under construction with the builder CIP (http://ciproperty.com.au/projects/newcold-vic/) with an estimated build value of A$44M to be opened in April 2017 and Newcold 2 being built by Hansen & Yuncken (http://www.hansenyuncken.com.au/) with an estimated build value of A$65M to be opened in December 2017. Both facilities when complete will have a book value in excess of A$200M.
